ARPO is thrilled to invite you to our 3rd Annual Whiskey & Whiskers at the historic 24 Shelby near downtown Indianapolis! Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon and evening filled with smooth sips, furry friends, and fantastic food — all to support a pawsome cause!

We’re rolling out the red carpet again for the fabulous KJ McGlinn, the animal-loving Kitty Correspondent from KJ Today, who will return as our emcee to keep the energy high and the fun flowing!

Our incredible lineup of vendors will be pouring over 100 whiskeys — including rare, allocated, and distillery-only gems you won’t find just anywhere! Sip your way through Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and beyond as you explore:

Step into our cozy, covered Whisker Room, where you’ll find adorable, adoptable cats and dogs ready to steal your heart. Relax at tables and chairs while you mingle with these furry friends, and don’t miss our showcase of "smallest whiskers". These tiny paws may not be adoption-ready just yet, but they’re full of personality, promise, and cuteness overload!
Our Smallest Whiskers are baby animals currently in foster care — kittens and puppies. While they're still growing, healing, or just getting used to the world, this special showcase is your chance to see the incredible love and care they receive every day from our amazing foster families.
Stop by to learn about the early stages of rescue, what it takes to nurture these little ones, and how your support helps give them a brighter future. While they may not be going home with anyone just yet, they’re here to steal hearts and remind us why the work of fostering is so important.
Come say hi, snap a photo, and be part of their journey from rescue to ready-for-home!

VIP's will also receive first access to the Whisker Room, along with an exclusive experience you won’t want to miss.
And making a special appearance… Dixie the Praying Dog! This four-legged celebrity knows how to work a crowd — and if you're lucky, you’ll catch Dixie cruising in style in her custom Jeep (complete with sunglasses, of course!).
This VIP hour is your chance to sip, savor, and soak in the spirit of whiskey — before the main event even begins. Spots are limited, and trust us, you do not want to miss this!
