I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Meet Sylvester! 

If you’re looking for a kitten with a BIG personality packed into a tiny body, Sylvester is your guy! This super silly and spunky boy has decided that he is the boss of everyone in his foster home—including two 100-pound dogs and four adult cats. And honestly, nobody has had the heart to tell him otherwise! 

Sylvester is incredibly brave, curious, and always ready for his next adventure. He loves exploring new parts of the house, especially the places where he can sneak around and then pounce on an unsuspecting person or animal. He keeps everyone on their toes and provides plenty of entertainment wherever he goes!

Sylvester came to ARPO as an urgent medical rescue when he was just one month old and weighed only 0.75 pounds. He arrived with a severely ruptured eye and needed immediate treatment and medication. Thankfully, his eye has improved significantly, although he does not have vision in that eye. To protect him from the risk of ocular tumors later in life, Sylvester will be having enucleation surgery in the coming weeks to remove the affected eye.

Once he has recovered from surgery, this little guy will be ready to find his forever home—and we know his future family is going to get one very special, very silly, and very confident kitten!

Sylvester has already proven that he can happily coexist with both cats and dogs, and he would love a home where he can continue to explore, play, cause a little harmless mischief, and be the center of attention. 

This brave little guy has come such a long way, and we can't wait to see what the next chapter holds for him!
