MEET ROWDY!

Rowdy's story is one of resilience, love, and second chances. He was adopted from ARPO as a 5-month-old kitten and spent years in a loving home with his devoted owner. When his owner sadly passed away, Rowdy's world was turned upside down. He was heartbreakingly left in a cage in the parking lot of a veterinary office, uncertain of what came next. 

Thankfully, Rowdy is now safe in an ARPO foster home - and it didn't take him long to remember what it feels like to be loved. While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, give him just a few minutes and you'll find him happily seeking out pets, attention, and companionship. Once he knows he's safe, his sweet and affectionate personality shines. 

Rowdy previously lived with other cats so we assume he did well with them. We don't know whether he's been around dogs or children, but based on his gentle, loving nature, we think he'd likely be cautious at first before settling in with patience and kindness.  One thing is certain - he never turns down affection.
