As a member of IndyVet's lifesaving feline blood donor program, Jobey was a true hero. Her blood donations were sent to veterinary hospitals across the country, helping save the lives of countless cats in need of emergency care. Now that her important work is complete, Jobey has retired and is looking for someone to be her hero by giving her the loving forever home she has so richly earned.
Jobey is a shy girl at first, but once she trusts you, she is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and devoted to her people. One of her most adorable quirks is her vibrating tail, which lets you know she's especially happy and content. She also has the sweetest scraggly, scratchy little meow that is impossible not to fall in love with.
This gentle girl enjoys all the best things in life: tasty treats, lap cuddles, giving kisses, and being brushed. She thrives on affection and loves spending quality time with her favorite humans. While she may take a little time to settle into a new environment, the reward is a loving companion who will happily shower you with affection.
Jobey is cat selective and gets along well with certain feline friends. She has not been tested with dogs or children, but because of her shy nature, she would likely do best in a calm, quiet home where she can feel secure and receive plenty of attention from her family.
Born around August 28, 2021, Jobey has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all of her vaccines. This retired blood donor hero has already saved countless feline lives—now she's ready to enjoy retirement as the cherished companion she was always meant to be. Could you be the hero this hero has been waiting for?
Jobey will be at Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe for a special, one day only “Be The Hero for a Hero” adoption event on July 15th from 10am-6pm. Reservations can be made at smittenkittencatcafe.com
