Cinza’s story began with a rough start. As a tiny kitten, she found herself out on her own for several weeks after Animal Control trapped her siblings. With no one to depend on, this little girl had to learn how to survive all by herself.

Now, after spending a long time in foster care, Cinza is still waiting for someone to show her that she doesn’t have to be afraid anymore.

Cinza is a very shy girl who needs patience, understanding, and a whole lot of love. She isn’t the kind of kitty who will immediately run up and ask to be held. Instead, she needs a calm, quiet home where she can take her time, feel safe, and come to her people for affection on her own terms.

And once Cinza decides you’re one of her people, you get to see the sweet girl hiding underneath that shyness. She loves squeezie treats, enjoys the company of calm male cats, and, once she’s comfortable, she may even surprise you by asking for belly rubs.

Cinza doesn’t need a perfect home. She just needs a patient one. A home where someone will give her the time she deserves, celebrate her little victories, and never give up on her.
