If you're looking for a workout buddy and cuddle companion all in one, Checkers may be your perfect match! At around 2 to 3 years old, she's full of energy and always ready for a walk, run, or outdoor adventure. She isn't much of a couch potato, but once the day is done, she's happy to curl up in her dog bed and sleep through the night.
Checkers gets along well with other dogs and even shares her home with cats. She may give them an occasional chase, but she takes correction well and quickly moves on. Curious, friendly, and affectionate, she loves being involved in whatever her people are doing and is never far from a good snuggle.
She's house-trained, has not needed to be crated, and can comfortably stay home for six or more hours without any accidents. Checkers is ready to bring joy, companionship, and plenty of fun to her forever home.
