Meet Midas – A Gentle Soul Ready for His Forever Home

Midas is a sweet and affectionate companion who’s beginning to show his playful side in his foster home. He has perfect litter box manners and is a well-behaved houseguest—no jumping on kitchen counters for this polite guy!

He absolutely loves to cuddle and purr in the lap of someone he trusts. While being picked up isn’t his favorite thing, he thrives on gentle affection and quality time with his people.

Midas would do best in a calm, patient home with older children. He’s slow to warm up to other cats, so a home with no other pets—or only respectful ones—would suit him best. He appreciates a quiet environment where he can learn the routine and gradually open up. Household noises like the vacuum don’t seem to faze him.

Midas has had a bit of a rough patch recently. He’s recovering well from an allergic reaction that caused some hair loss. With regular flea treatment, this issue should not return. Despite his challenges, Midas is blossoming into a happy, healthy boy who’s ready to find his forever home.
