When Howie first arrived in foster care, he was the most scared of his litter—unsure, untrusting, and not quite ready for human love. But wow, has that changed.

Now? Howie is ALL IN on affection. We’re talking aggressive head-butts to demand pets, full-body purrs, and zero hesitation about snuggling up with his people. The boy doesn't even remember what “hissing” is. His transformation is complete: he’s officially a big ol’ love bug who just wants to be near you (and maybe steal a Churu or two).

He may still startle at loud noises and might take a moment to adjust in a new space—but once he settles in, get ready for nonstop sweetness, silly antics, and an unshakable bond.

Howie would thrive in a calm, patient home without young children. We’re not sure about dogs, but a chill, cat-savvy pup might be okay with a proper intro.
